Job Summary:
We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Information Technology (IT) Recruiter to join our consulting business. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for discovering, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent for our customers in a variety of sectors. You will collaborate directly with hiring managers, using your extensive knowledge of the technological sector to guarantee that our customers have access to the top prospects on the market. This position demands a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent sourcing and acquisition:
  1. Create and implement new methods for sourcing top IT talent, including passive applicants, across a variety of channels including as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry organizations.
  2. Use advanced Boolean search algorithms, resume databases, and other resources to find qualified applicants.
  • Candidate screening and evaluation:
  1. Conduct extensive interviews to evaluate individuals' technical abilities, experience, cultural fit, and career objectives.
  2. Compare applicant qualifications to job requirements and deliver qualified prospects to hiring managers with thorough assessments.
  3. Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback gathering, to provide a positive experience for both applicants and clients.
  • Client relationship management:
  1. Work closely with customers to understand their IT personnel requirements, corporate culture, and business goals.
  2. Provide customers with advise on market trends, competitive landscape, and candidate availability.

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
  1. A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, information technology, or a similar discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT recruiting, ideally with a consulting business or employment agency.
  • Skills and competencies:
  1. Solid understanding of the IT sector, including familiarity with important jobs, skills, and technology.
  2. Proven ability to find, screen, and deliver qualified IT candidates to customers.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with applicants and clients.
  4. Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, as well as the ability to handle many objectives and deadlines.
  5. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
